Our products
Each necklace is hand-tied from a newly sourced scarf, so small variations in pattern placement, color and knotting are part of what makes every piece unique. We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens vary, and we can't guarantee that your display will match the product exactly. Many designs are made in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order affected by such an error with a full refund.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that show signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund.
Returns, refunds and shipping
Returns, refunds and shipping are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including product names, product stories, photos, graphics and the It's Just Jess name and logo, belongs to It's Just Jess and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

If you submit a review, comment or photo, you give us permission to use it on our website and social media. You agree not to submit anything that is false, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
